How often should an RV roof be resealed?
Inspect the roof at least twice a year and after any storm, and plan on annual resealing to prevent leaks and UV damage. RVs stored uncovered in full sun need attention sooner than coaches kept under a canopy.
What roof types do you work on?
Rubber and membrane roofs get a roll-on sealant or UV protectant chosen from the condition of the roof, and fiberglass roofs get polished to restore shine and add surface protection. We inspect first and tell you which applies to your coach.

Should I reseal or replace my RV roof?
If the membrane is intact and the problem is cracked sealant, open seams and UV wear, resealing is the right and far cheaper fix. If the roof deck is soft or the membrane is torn, that is structural repair work and we will tell you straight rather than seal over it.
Can you reseal the roof and detail the rest of the RV in one visit?
Yes. Roof work is priced per foot alongside our other RV services, so a reseal can be combined with a premium wash, wash and wax, or a ceramic detail in the same appointment.
