Smith Bros Mobile Detailing, Ceramic, Tint & PPF ("Smith Bros") is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are the widely recognized benchmark for making web content accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
What we've done
- The entire site can be operated with a keyboard alone, with a logical focus order and a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- All meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Text colors are checked against WCAG contrast requirements on both our dark and light backgrounds.
- Pages use a logical heading structure, and every page declares its language for assistive technology.
- Animations respect your device's "reduce motion" preference and switch off automatically.
- The layout stays usable at 200% browser zoom and on screens of every size.
- Our chat widget is labeled for screen readers, and a "skip to content" link is available on every page.
- We test templates with automated accessibility tooling (Lighthouse/axe) as part of our release process.
Known limitations
Some parts of the experience rely on third-party services we don't fully control: the Bookster chat assistant, our online booking system, and videos hosted on YouTube. We pass accessibility feedback about these services to their providers. If any of them blocks you, contact us directly and we'll take your booking or answer your question personally.
