Mobile Ceramic Coating Rancho Bernardo

Got their name from Yelp. Checked out their website and made an appointment for the next day. They gave me the choice of a time frame for the service. They texted and emailed me confirmation and gave me a text with ETA the day of the service. They are self contained with water and pressure washer. Payment was easy and efficient.
I got a complete detail. Not the highest, not the lowest in price. But worth the money.

I recently got a new car and needed the windows tinted. Luke was very informative and accommodating with my requests, they were able to schedule me the same day which was awesome. The techs (I can't remember their names, SORRY!) were very professional and did an amazing job. They explained the aftercare and how I should leave the car outside for about two days to help the curing process. They were right on point, after 2 days the little imperfections were completely gone and I have a perfectly smooth tint on all my windows.

Amazing job. I will definitely be back to take advantage of their services again.

Requested service online they were able to come out same day, 2 hours later. Fantastic field service management. 2-3 updates as to when the field agent would be out along with his personal phone number. The gentleman, Nicholas was young but professional. He was honest about not being able to pick up every grain of sand but all Cheerios and toys were gone. The car went from looking like a 3 year old warzone to a brand new car.

It's expensive and takes a while but it's worth it. $400 for 4 hours but it's extensively so well done. Best we've had yet. We will do this once a year with this company and request the same service agent. Perfection on every level.

After requesting a quote through yelp, Luke got back to me very quickly with a thorough explanation of their products and pricing and scheduling was quick and easy. They had next day availability and Donnie showed up right on time and worked diligently to bring my Honda Pilot back to life. They did a complete detail, plus restored my headlights and trim, and an ozone treatment to get rid of a lingering air freshener scent. My car started off pretty clean but after 4 hours of Donnie's magic, she looks brand new! The pricing was very fair for the quality of work. I'm very nit picky and detail oriented so I love when I find a service professional who takes pride in their work. I can't believe I forgot to take before and after pics but believe me when I say they did an amazing job!

Today Sam did our car detail. He was on time!!!! Very polite and great attitude. He completed the job within the time he promised!!!! The car looked amazing and he even explained what he did and what he applied on the car. I noticed that he is very knowledgeable!!!

I browsed all the five star reviews and this business is incredibly high-rated for a reason: Luke corresponded with me efficiently yesterday evening for a service scheduled for today! I have a brand new vehicle, but needed some scratches touched up on my hood and some TLC after a road trip for the holidays.

We had both of our cars full detailed on two separate days by two different techs and had phenomenal service from both Ethan and Gavin. Both friendly and on time and did a great job. I liked the feature where I was texted with arrival and when they were finished. Typically finding a place to drop off and coordinate with my husband to get picked up etc it is chaos. This was such a better option. I will definitely use their services again

Great customer service and super easy to book. I took my car to the shop to be serviced and it was definitely worth it. I received multiple compliments for my car and they also don't break the bank! Only negative thing was a few of the smaller details were missed but I am a very nit picky person! They did a great job overall so I can't be mad! Would definitely recommend and plan on going back :)

I requested the exterior detail package to remove some exterior house paint that had been accidentally splattered on my car, buff a stubborn mark, and apply a touch up paint to a chip. I ended out going with the silver ceramic package. I have to say, I am seriously impressed on all levels: customer service, service detail, and quality of work. Luke helped quote my inquiry and ensured the paint splatter would be removed. Andrew detailed my vehicle and ceramic coated it to perfection, looks better than it did brand new off the lot! I can not thank these gentlemen enough for their top notch service and quality work.

Called Luke after dealership left my windows open during the Santa Ana winds which covered the interior with dust/dirt. He got me service quickly. Brandon and Gavin rolled up with mobile service and killed it. They were professional, efficient and did a great job. They pay attention to details. Top notch, would highly recommend. Two thumbs up.

Decided to get a ceramic coating and interior detail in my Tesla Model S and I am glad I chose Smith Bros! I couldn't believe how awesome my car looked after they came to my house and worked on my car for hours. I also never realized how important it is to get the ceramic coating on my car. I got the Silver package and it is highly recommended. The interior detail add on was crucial. I kept my interior pretty dirty and now it looks like its brand new! Thanks Smith Bros!

I have used this business probably a dozen times for various Vehicles including the fleet trucks for my shop, and I can say that without exception they are the best in this business. They have a slew of options for online ordering, and I have yet to have one of their technicians show up late or being a bad mood. I have dealt with at least three or four of their technicians and I've yet to meet one that wasn't truly engaged in what they were doing as well as giving helpful advice. It's rare to find somebody that really enjoys what they do and do their absolute best. Keep up the good work and I will keep using you folks.

Stellar company! Consistently exceptional mobile detailing and friendly customer service. I love that they have online booking and Sunday appointments. You can book the evening before an appointment too. Their systems are efficient and perfected, which contribute to the exceptional services. I've never had to give feedback about the quality of mobile detailing. The price is also very reasonable compared to competitors.

I've used Smith Bros mobile detailing for over a year, on a regular basis, and I'm always satisfied with the overall service and detail. The detailers are on time, they are nice, they keep in touch via text if there are any delays and they do a really good job. There is never a hard sell, but the detailer will recommend different services depending on the consumer's needs or questions. I sincerely appreciate having a reasonably priced mobile detailer who is as good as Smith Bros.
